Graphics will be high quality and relevant to the topics. Hashtags and keywords will be optimized for search engines and social channel visibility.

Every weekday, I will monitor your social media channels to respond to any comments and questions that are posted—making sure your fans and followers and responded to in a timely manner. You will be alerted to any comments that should be responded to by you.

Insights & Reporting

How will you know what to post for my company?

Once I receive your order, I will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience. By the time the first post hits your social media pages, I will know just what your audience is looking for. And that’s the key to effectively using Social Media!

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Of course! They belong to you, and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like.

What if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?

Just send me an email with what you’d like me to share for you, and I will make sure it’s included. If you have ideas for articles, graphics or other things you want to include, I welcome your input.  It is your business, your reputation and your social accounts after all!

How is billing handled?

Since Social Media Management is a monthly service, payment will be set-up for automatic credit or bank processing through Quickbooks. Payments will need to be received at the beginning of each month to begin that month’s service. You can cancel service with 2 weeks notice.
